Belltown CX in the books

Race #3 in the CTCX was a blast in Portland! Big thank you to the Stage 1 crew and Airline Cycles for hosting a super-fun event.

The race experimented with an adjusted schedule, having the 40+ Masters race behind the P123 and Elite Juniors. Some masters thought it was an improvement. Others didn't like the dynamic of having racers to pass almost immediately after the start.

The CTCX continues to see an increase in the 40+, 50+, an 60+ fields. Having all three on a course at once has proved to be a challenge at some events. Expect to see some adjustments next season as the promoters look to spread out the racers over the various race starts.
