Cheshire & Newtown

The next weekend of the CT Series pairs one of the oldest races in the State, with one of the newest! Cheshire CX celebrates it's 10th anniversary on the 14th (still years behind Mansfield CX). The Cheshire Cycle Race Team is pulling out some great stuff. Richard Fries is scheduled to announce there, making it the first CX race he's called since the Chainbiter UCI races in Farmington during the mid 2000's. The promoters of the series agreed that Cheshire should be the CT State Championships in this, its 10th edition, so local racers will be vying for USAC medals.

Newtown CX comes back for it's 3rd year and again, it is presented by the CCAP and Team26. Expect some solid course refinements, a fast course, and a HUGE junior field. Register here.
